Description

The Application Developer will be responsible for coding on large-scale projects for our clients. In some cases they will work alone and therefore must be self-starters with the ability to manage their time and deliverables. In other cases, they will be working with a team of developers, under the management of a Senior Application Developer.

Application Developers will be required to:

1. Understand needs of the client and how to solve them
2. Write clean and well-documented code
3. Be available for client meetings, demonstrations and training
4. Liaison with the project manager and/or team

Candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience doing high-level development work for major clients. Experience in consulting -- either independent or with a team-based organization -- is preferred. However, developers with solid in-house experience will be strongly considered as well.
