Description

The Senior Application Developer will be responsible for directing large-scale projects for our clients. In some cases they will work alone and therefore must be self-starters with the ability to manage their time and deliverables. In other cases, they will be managing Junior Application Developers, so prior project management experience is a huge plus.

Above and beyond actual development, Senior Application Developers will be required to:

1. Understand needs and gather requirements
2. Write proposals and/or specifications
3. Manage the development of the project
4. Manage all communications with the client
5. Liaison with the company for reviews and final releases

Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience doing high-level development work for major clients. Experience in consulting -- either independently or with a team-based organization -- is preferred. However, developers with solid in-house experience will be strongly considered as well.
